Integrative Oncology as a Bridge to Cell Therapy: An N-of-1 Case Study in Dendritic Cell Double Loading and following the CAR-T down the road to Bispecific Era Support

This N-of-1 case study explores how licensed naturopathic physicians applied precision-aligned care to enhance quality of life and outcomes in a patient undergoing experimental DC therapy after failing conventional options.

A 52-year-old female with Stage IV breast cancer and bone metastases enrolled in a dendritic cell therapy trial (double loading with tumor-specific and broad-spectrum antigens). Integrative strategies were applied to support immune function and manage side effects, including IV vitamin C, medicinal mushrooms, acupuncture, and stress reduction techniques.
