Sterling Humphrey, MD

Biography

Sterling L. Humphrey, MD, is a Thoracic Surgeon for Sutter Health. Dr. Humphrey completed his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Portland State University and was awarded the Doctorate of Medicine from Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, OR. Dr. Humphrey completed his training in both General Surgery and Cardiothoracic Surgery at the University of California, Davis in Sacramento, CA and is Board Certified in General Surgery. His professional interests are surgical management of both lung and esophageal cancer, foregut, complex chest wall reconstruction, and robotic surgery. His aspirations are to remain on the cutting edge of medical technology and provide our community with a center of excellence for Thoracic Oncology.
