 Dr. Abirami Sivapiragasam, MD is a distinguished breast medical oncologist with a passion for clinical and translational research, dedicated to improving patient outcomes and advancing oncology. As the Director of Medical Oncology at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), she focuses on strengthening the oncology program, streamlining investigator-initiated clinical trials, and enhancing patient enrollment while fostering collaboration between clinical teams and researchersBefore joining MUSC, Dr. Sivapiragasam served as the Program Director for the Hematology-Oncology Fellowship Program at SUNY Upstate, developing expertise in mentoring and educating future oncologists.
