Biography
Dr. Ana G. Antun is an Associate Professor in the Department of Hematology and Medical Oncology at the Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University and serves as Associate Program Director of the Hematology Fellowship Program. She specializes in classical hematology, with a particular focus on hemostatic and thrombotic disorders, including thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP), immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), and other platelet disorders. Dr. Antun leads clinical and translational research aimed at improving outcomes for patients with thrombotic microangiopathies and bleeding disorders. She is actively involved in hematology education, mentorship, and workforce development and has contributed to national collaborative research initiatives in classical hematology.
