Dr. Himbert is an Assistant Professor at the University of Utah and an Investigator at Huntsman Cancer Institute. She received her PhD in Population Health Sciences from the University of Utah and completed postdoctoral training at Massachusetts General Hospital and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Her research focuses on the intersection of cancer and cardiometabolic health, with the goal of identifying modifiable risk factors to improve long-term outcomes among cancer survivors.
