Daniel Barnett, MD

Biography

Daniel Barnett, MD, is a hematology-oncology specialist based in Tucson, Arizona. He will complete a Hematology and Medical Oncology fellowship at the University of Arizona College of Medicine–Tucson in 2027. He previously completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Arizona College of Medicine–Phoenix (2021–2024). Dr. Barnett earned his medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in 2021, where he was honored with the Gold Humanism Award for excellence in compassionate care. He has published extensively across hematology and oncology, contributing to the advancement of both fields. His professional interests include the application of artificial intelligence in medicine, with a focus on improving clinical decision-making and streamlining complex aspects of oncologic care.
