Biography
Dr. Maestas is a medical oncologist at the University of New Mexico Comprehensive Cancer Center. Dr. Maestas was born and raised in New Mexico and completed medical school at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine. She completed internal medicine residency at Loyola University Medical Center. She then completed a Hematology/Oncology fellowship at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine before joining as faculty at the University of New Mexico Comprehensive Cancer Center in 2020. Her focus and area of interest is gastrointestinal malignancies.
