Biography
Dr. Jacklyn M. Nemunaitis is an Associate Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Hematology and Oncology, at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine. She is a board-certified medical oncologist specializing in breast cancers and serves as Associate Program Director for the Hematology/Oncology Fellowship Program. Her clinical interests include providing comprehensive cancer care and mentoring the next generation of physicians. Dr. Nemunaitis’ research focuses on cardio-oncology and improving survivorship outcomes for patients receiving cancer therapies. Through her clinical practice, research, and educational efforts, she is dedicated to advancing multidisciplinary cancer care and supporting innovation in oncology treatment and training.
