Biography
Nisha Joseph, MD is an Asspciate Professor in the Department of Hematology and Medical Oncology at Emory University School of Medicine. Dr. Joseph was named the first H. Jean Khoury Fellow in Leukemia and Bone Marrow Transplant. Board certified in hematology and medical oncology, she specializes in plasma cell disorders and bone marrow transplant. Dr. Joseph received her Medical Degree from The Ohio State University School of Medicine in Columbus, Ohio. She completed both her residency in internal medicine and her fellowship in Hematology and Medical Oncology at Emory University, where she served as Chief Fellow in her final year. She serves as the Myeloma Working Group Lead, and is the Director of Hematology Course in the school of medicine. Dr. Joseph's research interests focus on development of novel therapeutics in precursor states and relapsed myeloma. Dr. Joseph holds professional memberships with American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Society of Hematology.
