Sima Ehsani, MD

Biography

I am a medical oncologist and Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Arizona in Tucson. I completed hematology/oncology fellowship at UW Carbone Cancer Center in Madison in 2013, and joined the faculty in the Department of Medicine, Division of Hematology/Oncology at the University of Arizona in 2016. My clinical expertise is breast oncology and I serve as the Breast Clinical Research Team leader at the Cancer Center. My research focus is management of breast cancer. I also have an interest in cancer survivorship and cancer prevention. I am a member of City of Hope Clinical Cancer Genomics Community of Practice and I see women in High Risk Clinic for counseling and management of their increased risk for breast cancer. As a part of Breast Disease-Oriented Team, I am the principal investigator on multiple clinical trials in breast cancer.
