Urs Michael Weber, MD

Biography

A native of Bremen, Germany, Urs Weber earned his BA from Boston University and his MD from Yale School of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital and his hematology/oncology fellowship at University of Colorado Hospital. After graduating from fellowship he joined the faculty at the University of Colorado as a thoracic oncologist. He spends most of his time in the clinic seeing patients with lung cancer and other thoracic malignancies. He dedicates the remainder of his time to clinical research, focusing on clinical trial development and implementation. Outside of work Urs enjoys spending time with his wife, two young sons, and dog. He is an avid runner and cyclist who tries to get out and exercise as much as his busy schedule allows.
