Biography
Dr. V Sahai is a tenured Associate Professor of Internal Medicine and Section Chief of Gastrointestinal Oncology in the Division of Hematology and Oncology at the University of Michigan. His basic and translational research program leverages biliary organoid models to evaluate novel therapies and guide phase 1/2 investigator-initiated trial development. He serves as the Co-Chair for clinical research in GI cancers at the Rogel Cancer Center and is the PI of several investigator-initiated trials in pancreaticobiliary cancers across the US.
