Biography
Dr. Arter is Assistant Clinical Professor in the Division of Hematology/Oncology of the Department of Medicine at UCI specializing in Thoracic Oncology. She received M. D. degree from Nanjing Medical school in China, and completed hematology/Oncology fellowship training at UCI. She has extensive experience in basic science, translational, and clinical research, with notable presentations at ASCO, AACR, ASH, and ESMO. Her work has been recognized with the ASCO and ESMO Merit Awards, the ASH Achievement Award, and includes over 20 publications. Dr. Arter is particularly passionate about early-phase clinical trials, striving to translate basic science discoveries into first-in-human studies.
