1.5 ABIM MOC II

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 1.5 Medical Knowledge points in the American Board of Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.

1.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™

The Binaytara is accredited by the Washington State Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The Binaytara designates this live activity for a maximum of 1.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. This activity meets the criteria for up to 1.5 hours of Category I CME credit to satisfy the relicensure requirements of the Washington State Medical Quality Assurance Commission.

1.5 ACPE Pharmacy

The Binaytara is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. The ACPE Universal Activity Number assigned to the activity is {code} Participants must pass the post-test, complete course evaluation, and provide their NABP e-Profile ID number (ePID) and Date of Birth (MMDD) to Binaytara Foundation within 30-days of participating in the activity. Participants who do not complete these requirements within 30-days of participating in the ACPE Pharmacy activity will not be awarded the CEUs. The Binaytara may distribute a participation certificate containing information provided to NABP from the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) via CPE Monitor®. ACPE policy states paper and/or electronic statements of credit may no longer be distributed directly to learners as proof of ACPE credit. The official record of credit may be located in the learner’s e-profile in CPE Monitor®. After CPE units are processed by ACPE and NABP, pharmacists and pharmacy technicians will be able to login to a comprehensive electronic profile to access information about their completed CPE and Certificate Programs.
