Roberto Borea, MD

Biography

Roberto Borea, MD, is a Medical Oncologist and Research Assistant Professor at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center, where he works in the laboratory of Dr. Christian Rolfo. He serves as Chair of the Young Committee of the International Society of Liquid Biopsy (ISLB). His clinical and research interests focus on liquid biopsy, predictive biomarkers, and precision oncology in lung cancer and other solid tumors. Roberto is actively involved in translational research aimed at advancing the development and implementation of innovative biomarker-driven approaches to improve cancer diagnosis, treatment selection, and patient outcomes.
