Dr. Arya Roy is a medical oncologist specializing in treating breast cancer at The Ohio State University. She earned her medical degree from Government Medical College, Trivandrum in India, followed by her internal medicine residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Little Rock. Dr. Roy was a hematology and oncology fellow at the Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center/University at Buffalo. She actively engages in clinical and translational research, focusing particularly on breast cancer. Her work at at The Ohio State University/The Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute, specializes in breast cancer. Her research interests include investigating immunotherapy in breast cancer and exploring novel combinations of therapeutic agents. Beyond her clinical interests, Dr. Roy is a prominent researcher in Global Oncology and cancer health disparities.
