Umang Swami, MD, MS, FASCO

Dr. Umang Swami is an Associate Professor (tenured) in the Department of Oncology at Huntsman Cancer Institute, University of Utah, specializing in genitourinary (GU) cancers. Dr. Swami completed his medical degree at Sawai Man Singh Medical College, India, and trained in internal medicine and hematology-oncology in the U.S. Dr. Umang Swami's research focuses on novel drug development, early-phase trials, and translational oncology, with over 150 peer-reviewed publications and contributions to international guideline panels. Dr. Swami serves as Editor-in-Chief of Binaytara’s International Journal of Cancer Care and Delivery (IJCCD), guiding the journal’s mission to advance global oncology care.
